We often use Insights Discovery as part of a team coaching session. Insights Discovery is based on the work of Carl Jung. The model uses 4 colours to distinguish different personality profiles. It promotes self-insight, communication, productivity and organizational development in teams.
Team training trajectories
In our training programs for teams, we work around a wide range of themes, such as customer-oriented working or time management. Doing a training program with your team has several advantages: it allows the team to create a common language and make concrete agreements to apply the insights gained during the training in the workplace. Moreover, team members become each other’s coach: they support each other in applying the acquired tips at work.
During the entire process, we support the manager in coaching his team in the implementation of the team agreements and applying the tips gained during the training.
Teambuilding with a substantive added value: ‘unity in diversity’
In this team building session, we go outside to do a number of challenging exercises that promote insight, connection, openness and respect in the team.
Thanks to this dynamic experience:
- you get to know each other better, and in a different way.
- you learn more about yourself; you discover your own strengths and points of attention within the team.
- we provide you with a model and a number of guidelines in function of successful team working.
- you learn how to positively appreciate each other.
This trajectory takes at least half a day and a maximum of two days.
Task-oriented team coaching
In task-oriented team coaching you work directly and purposefully with your team on a specific aspect that needs to be changed or developed.
During the team coaching session, we make concrete agreements which we also follow up on. The manager takes a central role since he or she is pivotal to making the process a success. Every coaching process is developed in consultation with HR and management. A number of key elements are central to our approach: a targeted preparation, an analysis of the question, an embedding of the trajectory in the organization, a systematic feedback to HR, an in-depth evaluation, extensive aftercare and regular follow-up.
What are some of the themes we focus on?
- Better cooperation
- The integration of 2 departments
- The integration of new tasks
- The development of a mission
