Common thread throughout the training (one-day trajectory)
Insights Discovery is based on the work of Carl Jung. The model uses 4 colours to distinguish different personality profiles. By mirroring their own character to one of these profiles, participants can strengthen their self-insight, communication, productivity and organizational development.
Our preference for a particular colour indicates which way of thinking, working and communicating comes most natural to us. We gradually develop the Insights model on the basis of a questionnaire and a number of interactive exercises. We use active (outdoor) group assignments to explore our own personality profile, and that of others. In this way, we discover the strengths and limitations of each colour. We develop a number of guidelines to work with others more effectively. During the day, the personal Insights Discovery profile of each participant is worked out, with professional feedback from the coach/trainer.
Throughout the day, each participant works on an individual action plan, with concrete intentions to experiment with, and apply, the content of the training.
