Symptoms of crisis and conflict are severe dysfunction in performance and in relations.

This is our speciality. Over the last five years we have achieved specific expertise in this domain through internal and external courses and through a multitude of concrete experiences. We realize substantial results that remove blockades and get business back on track.

In these projects there is a strong emphasis on thorough analysis in advance, where we look at the context: interviewing the parties involved, board, managers, stakeholders, members of staff. We look for imbalances in the system that cause dysfunction.

Based on this analysis we advise interventions (that can be very diverse and may include structural aspects) and start remediation.
In-depth methods like conflict management, restitution of the past, repairing injuries are frequently part of the program.
