INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Each program is unique, tuned to a specific question. The coach and the manager agree to a clear contract beforehand that includes the themes and the desired output of the change program. The manager’s supervisor is always involved in this. His/her commitment and desired output are an essential element. Keywords in our approach: critical self-reflection, mirroring, support, concrete and task oriented assignments. We operate result-oriented: mostly with a maximum of four coaching moments, and a possible extension after evaluation.
When appropriate we use specific methods, such as observations on the shop floor, 360° feedback...

Possible themes of a coaching program
• positioning as a leader: directing, deciding, cutting knots
• coaching members of staff
• specific conversations with a member of staff: evaluation meetings, feedback meetings
• the implementation of a change process
• prioritising tasks
• specific skills: such as listening, communicating clearly
• elaborating my vision; what is the rationale of my team or my department?
