Mission, vision, values
We strongly believe in the importance of ‘the legitimate place’. We are convinced that people taking their ‘legitimate place’ in an organisation (place, position, responsibility), leads to stronger cohesion, clearer communication, more effective and motivating leadership, lasting energy exchange and that greater harmony develops between individuals and groups and within individuals.
We consider it our mission to support organizations in realizing this.
We constantly focus on improving and reinforcing the powerful operation of individuals, groups and the organisation as a whole. Essential values in our work are: quality and skills - impact and concrete results - partnership and embedding.
We do not teach as such, but we ‘initiate and support change processes’; our trainings are a part of this.
Our work is based on our belief in an ideal image. We believe that people are capable of giving guidance, cooperating and communicating in a powerful, harmonious, productive, inspiring and pleasant way.
