The HR-professional is central to us throughout the project: from design over execution to aftercare. We aim at synergy: cooperation based on mutual respect and recognition of the expertise of both parties, based on a clear contract.
The client decides on the goal, the assignment and the conditions. We listen, consider and communicate. We bring in our expertise as coach-trainer and link it to the know-how of the HR-professional regarding internal information, culture and processes of the organisation.
We advise the HR-professional how to intervene with regards to the aftercare (a crucial part in the success of a project).
